     Hi this is very simple infra red receiver it work in one meter distance only

    

                This circuit drive in two npn transistor
                            material

1. two npn transistor
2. ir receiver(photo dio)
3. 100k preset
4. led                                                   

                          To adjust the preset to deduct the infra red  to sense the remote or ir transmitter

  to deduct the infra red  the LED is on.
